Pengaruh Variasi Temperatur Annealing Terhadap Sifat Fisis Lapisan Tipis Bazrxti1-Xo3 Menggunakan Metode Sol-Gel
The aim of this study was to analyze the gap energy and crystal structure of Barium Zirconium Titanate (BZT) thin film with three composition variation namely BaZr0,85Ti0,15O3, BaZr0,9Ti0,1O3 dan BaZr0,95Ti0,05O3. The Thin film were deposited by sol-gel method which prepared by spin coater of 3000 rpm rotary speed for 30 seconds. The thin film ware grown using two annealing temperatures of 600°C dan 650°C for 1 hour. The annealing temperatures ware shown to have affected the optical properties of the BZTs using the characterizations by UV-Vis spectroscopy and XRD spectroscopy. The annealing thermal temperatures increase cause the decrease of band gap energy. The annealing temperatures of 600°C resulted 3,57 eV band gap at 0,95 while the 650°C temperatures resulted band gap at 3,55 eV. The crystal structure formed on BZT was shown by XRD results as tetragonal which hare lattice parameter data a = b of 3,90 Å and c of 4,02 Å. The higher crystal level incresed by annealing thermal that was indicated the increased intensity.
