Survei Sumber Air Panas Dengan Metode Geolistrik Konfigurasi Wenner (Studi Kasus : Wisata Air Panas Pawan, Pasirpangaraian)
One of the geothermal systems in Riau is in Pawan Village, Rokan Hulu District.
This geothermal system is stored in rocks beneath the earth's surface, so it is
necessary to survey hot springs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the
subsurface resistivity value and identify the rock layers below the surface in
Pawan Hot Spring tourist attraction. The method used is Wenner configuration
geoelectricity. The results obtained on line 1 have resistivities ranging from (9.15
- 10) Ohm-meters identified as hot water. This hot water is located at a depth
(0.75 - 2.25) meters. The second layer has a resistivity value ranging from (10 -
98.2) Ohm-meters which is at a depth of 3.82 meters where clay is identified. The
third layer has resistivity values ranging from (100 - 1054) Ohm-meters at various
depths, namely (5.5 - 7.46) meters where sandstone is identified. The coating
results obtained on the second line include clay, sand and sandstone. The
conclusion can be drawn is that the Wenner geoelectric method has been
successfully applied to identify rock layers in the geothermal prospect area.
