Pemanfaatan Fermentasi Tepung Daun Pepaya (Carica Papaya L) Dalam Pakan Untuk Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Gurami (Osphronemus Gouramy)

ABSTRACT
The research was conducted on December 2019 to February 2020 at freshwater aquaculture center, Rumbai, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research was to know the use of fermented papaya leaf meal in the diets on the carp seed. Completely Randomized Design (CDR) was used in this experiment, with one factor, 5 level treatments and 3 rep1lication. Fish was reared in 1 m³ cages with stocking density 25/m³. Feeding trial were replacing soybean meal with fermented papaya leaf meal applied to P₀ (0%), P₁ (25%), P₂ (50%), P₃ (75%), P₄ (100%). The fish used in this research with 1,46±0,26 g of weight.
