Pengaruh Pola Komunikasi Organisasi, Loyalitas Karyawan Dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Organisasi Pada Pondok Pesantren Almunawwarah Kota Pekanbaru
This research was motivated by the condition that the Al-Munawwarah Islamic Boarding School had succeeded in building a linearity chain in the field of yellow book science. Namely, with the existence of four madrasas and one university that use the pondok curriculum, specifically studying the yellow book in addition to using the national curriculum. The four Madrasas in question are MTs and PDF Wustho Al-Munawwarah (equivalent to SLTP), MA and PDF Ulya Al-Munawwarah (equivalent to high school), and Ma'hadA'ly Al-Munawwarah equivalent to Higher Education. One measure of organizational success is seen from its work productivity. Work productivity can be influenced by organizational communication patterns, employee loyalty and organizational climate.
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of organizational communication patterns on organizational work productivity, employee loyalty to organizational work productivity and organizational climate on organizational work productivity. This type of research is quantitative using the Structural Equation Model (SEM), with hypothesis testing is Partial Least Square using the software application SmartPLSver 2.0 M3. Primary data obtained directly through a closed questionnaire.
The research results are; that organizational communication patterns have a significant effect on work productivity. Evidenced by the value of the coefficient of Communication Pattern ->Work Productivity of 0.465 with a t value of 5.694. This value is greater than t table 1.989. Employee loyalty has a significant effect on work productivity. Proven by the value of the coefficient of Employee Loyalty ->Work Productivity of 0.260 with a value of t count of 3.286. This value is greater than t table 1.989. Organizational climate has a significant effect on Work Productivity. Evidenced by the value of the coefficient of Organization Climate ->Work Productivity of 0.400 with a value of t count of 4.495. This value is greater than t table 1.989.
