Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Guru SD Negeri Di Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru
In the world of education, teacher job satisfaction is the result achieved by the teacher in carrying out tasks based on skills, experience and excellence and the use of time in the learning process at school. Teacher job satisfaction will have a positive impact in improving one's performance. Positive working conditions will be created with high job satisfaction, this condition is generally very necessary in every organization, especially in educational institutions. High job satisfaction can provide its own advantages, such as popularity, the opportunity to be promoted, increase in salary, expand opportunities to be promoted. Conversely, a low level of job satisfaction indicates that the teacher is actually not competent in his job, the result is that it is difficult to be promoted to a higher level, increases the likelihood of being demoted and in the end can also cause the teacher to undergo termination of employment.
In increasing teacher job satisfaction, support from organizational culture and work motivation is needed. A strong organizational culture will create a good form of teacher motivation and job satisfaction, then it will be associated with competition between organizations. Organizational culture can function as a barrier to innovation if the company is unable to overcome problems related to the external and internal environment, changes that occur in the environment are not quickly adapted by organizational leaders and leaders who are still oriented to the past.
This study aims to examine the extent to which the phenomenon of the relationship between organizational culture and work motivation with teacher job satisfaction in SD Negeri Rumbai Pesisir District, Pekanbaru City simultaneously or partially on job satisfaction. The population of the study was public elementary school teachers, taken as much as 25% of the total 311 teachers. The type of data in this study is primary data for organizational culture and work motivation variables which are sourced from public elementary school teachers in Rumbai Pesisir sub-district, Pekanbaru. By using questionnaires and secondary data for job satisfaction variables sourced from public elementary school teachers in Rumbai Pesisir District, Pekanbaru City with documentation techniques. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS.
The results of the study indicate that there is a relationship between organizational culture and work motivation both simultaneously and partially on the job satisfaction of public elementary school teachers in Rumbai Pesisir

District. The relationship between organizational culture and work motivation can be seen simultaneously from the coefficient of determination (R2), which is 52.5%, while the remaining 47.5% is influenced by other factors outside the factors studied.
