The study aims to describe the managerial and digital literacy of teachers in managing extracurricular activities. The research used a descriptive qualitative research approach. Sources of research are school principals, vice principals, teachers of and members of extracurricular clubs. Data collection techniques and procedures are carried out through documentation study, observation, open interviews. The data analysis technique used an interactive model with a cycle of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusion drawing. Data validity checks are carried out by providing written reports, data triangulation, and member checks. The results showed: (1) the principal managerial in the management of extracurricular activities shows that the principal must have insight and future steps, be competent in harmonizing and coordinating all human resources, skilled in making decisions, adept at mobilizing human resources, and able to foster the participation of educational stakeholders in managing all school resources so that the school objectives in the form of extracurricular achievements that have been planned can be achieved together with satisfactory results, (2) teacher digital literacy has a role which is quite important in managing extracurricular activities virtually led extracurricular club members to grab brilliant achievements, (3) the management of extracurricular activities carried out in this school made school can gain public trust to enroll their children studying there because the school has shown their excellence by achieving various virtual achievements in the extracurricular field. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the management of extracurricular activities at the Cendana Mandau Private High School shows the managerial success of the school principal in facilitating digital literacy of teachers as a support for coaching extracurricular activities without direct face-to-face as evidenced by the achievements that are continuously conducted during online coaching. However, to optimize the management of all extracurricular clubs, in addition to Standard Operating Procedures and strict supervision, high creativity of extracurricular club coaches is also needed in using digital literacy to manage extracurricular activities so that not only a few extracurricular clubs make brilliant achievements.
