Pengaruh Terapi Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (Seft) Terhadap Kualitas Tidur Remaja Dengan Insomnia: Literature Review
Adolescence is the time when an individual experiences a lot of
activities and exhausts his energy. Therefore, get enough sleep and have a certain
quality is needed for adolescents. The average duration of hours that a teenager
takes to sleep is 8-10 hours a night. However, the duration can changes to be short
because school schedules and social activities that causing one of the existing
sleep problems, namely insomnia. Insomnia can be treated nonpharmacologically
by doing Spritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) therapy. Methods: This
research used literature review design. The searching of research journals is using
Google Scholar with keywords are SEFT therapy on sleep quality of adolescents
with insomnia. Results: There were 6 articles that suitable with the inclusion
criterias followed by a matrix analysis based on the purpose, methods, samples,
results, similarities and differences. The result shows that SEFT therapy gives a
significant difference to the sleep. Conclusions: Spiritual Emotional Freedom
Technique (SEFT) therapy is influential and effective in improving sleep quality
with insomnia in Adolescents.
