Perbedaan Mekanisme Koping Dan Tingkat Stres Kerja Perawat Ruang Intensif Dan Non Intensif: Literature Review
Nurse is one of the professionals worker in the hospital that potential have
physiological, psychological, and behavior disturbance. Demands that must
be fulfilled by intensive nurses and non intensive can cause difficulties and
to be a source for nurses stressor. If a nurse does not have an effective
mechanism coping, it will cause job stress. The purpose : to analyze and
review about The difference between coping mechanism and stress level job
of nurse in intensive and non intensive room. The method : method used is
literature review. Sources of data used in this articles are articles on the
google scholar and science direct data base where the articles are searched
with the keyword “mekanisme koping” OR "coping mechanisms" OR
"coping " AND "Job stres" OR "working stres" AND “intensive nurse” OR
Emergency nurse”AND "ipatient ward" OR "non intensive nurse". The
result showed that thecoping mechanisms used by intensive and non nonintensive
room mostly used adaptive coping mechanisms. For the result of
the work stress level of the intensive room nurses, most of the nurses
experienced moderate work stres, while for the work stress level of nurses in
the non-intensive room most of the nurses did not experience work stress.
Conclusion: here are the differences in the level of job of intensive and nonintensive
nurses, while for nurse coping mechanisms there is no difference
between intensive and non-intensive nurses having adaptive coping
mechanisms in handling job problems.
