Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga Dengan Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Spiritualitas Pada Pasien Stroke: Literature Review

Stroke is a condition which occurs when the blood supply heading to the brain is
interrupted or lack caused by the blockage or rupture of blood vessels. Someone
suffering stroke will experience some changes in their life. One of which impacts
on the spiritual problem of stroke patients such as their incapability in fulfilling
daily spiritual needs such as praying and other worshipping activities therefore the
family plays a very important role to help fulfill the spiritual needs of stroke
patients until they feel cared, comfortable, and peaceful. This study aims to review
the correlation between the family support and the fulfillment of spirituality needs
on stroke patients. The Method used Simple systematic literature review. Sources
data from at Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, PubMed, and Mendeley. The
Result of Based on literature interview from eleven articles obtained that the
family support is the most important thing in helping fulfill the stroke patients’
need such as their spirituality need. The Conclusion of this study is Two of eleven
research articles concerning the family support show based on 4 items on stroke
patients overall have obtained good support, three articles explain about social
support for the stroke patients in good category, and there are two research articles
about spirituality needs of stroke patients have been fulfilled well and four
international articles about the family support with the fulfillment of spirituality
needs on stroke patients have been fulfilled well.
