Tingkat Kepuasan Nelayan Terhadap Pelayanan Jasa Tambat Labuh Di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Kutaraja Provinsi Aceh
Abstract
One form of service at fishing ports is mooring and achoring. This service
affects the level of satisfaction. The higher the level of satisfaction, the fishermen’s
expectations are fulfilled. Fishermen’s satisfaction is very important to improve
performance in the development of a port. This study aims to determine the level of
satisfaction of fishermen on anchoring services. The method used is the survey
method which is analyzed descriptively. Sampling is purposive sampling. Data
analysis of assessment attributes using the Customer Satisfaction Index and
Importance dan Performance Analysis. Customer Satisfaction Index using to
determine the level of satisfaction of service users as a whole by looking at the level
of performance and importance of the mooring services attributes. Importance and
Performance Analysis using to determine the level of comparison between the
performance score and the importance level score which will then produce the
factors that are taken to meet the performance. The results showed that the
satisfaction index was at 91.51% in a very satisfying category. Overall the service
provided is very good.
