Gambaran Penatalaksanaan Batu Ginjal Dengan Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery (Rirs) Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau
This study was to evaluate the patient management overview of kidney stone with
Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery (RIRS) in Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital,
Pekanbaru, Riau Province. We reviewed the medical records of kidney stone patients
managed by Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery in Arifin Achmad Regional General
Hospital of Riau Province. The data collected were gender, age, clinical manifestation,
kidney function, the amount, location and size of kidney stones, anesthetic procedures,
stone free rate and hospitalization time. There were 9 kidney stone patients, consisting
of 7 males and 2 females. The 25-44 age group had the most case. Most patients showed
flank pain as the clinical manifestation in 7 patients. Normal kidney fuction were
presented in 7 patients. The location of the stones were mostly in superior calix, middle
calix, inferior calix and superior-middle calix with 2 patients each. The kidney stones
amount were all multiple, the stone size were all 5-10 mm. Spinal anesthesia was used
in 8 of the cases . There was 1 patient with rest stone. Three days was the most common
hospitalization time, presented in 5 patients. Kidney stone management with
Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery in our hospital was with little amount of cases but with
good results.
