Variasi Struktur Anatomi Daun Dari Beberapa Jenis Tumbuhan Monokotil Sebagai Rancangan LKPD Pada Pembelajaran Biologi SMA
This research was conducted to determine the variation of the leaf anatomical
structure of several types of monocot plants in January-October 2020. This research
was carried out in 2 stages, namely the first stage: analysis of variations in the leaf
anatomy structure of several monocot plant species and the second stage of LKPD
design: analysis of potential development teaching materials for the structure and
function of plant tissue for class XI SMA. The preparation of leaf-preserved
preparations in this study used the paraffin method which was carried out at the
Laboratory of FMIPA Biology, Riau University and observations of leaf-preserved
preparations were carried out at the Biology Laboratory of Biology Education
Studies, Faculty of Education, Riau University. The results of the study on the
anatomical structure of the leaves of tasbih (Canna indica L), corn (Zea mays L), apu
wood (Pistia stratiotes L) and water hyacinth (Eichornia crassipes (Mart) Solm)
showed that there were variations in the anatomical structure of leaves based on
qualitative and quantitative characters. Based on the potential analysis of the research
results, it can be used as a design for the LKPD material on the structure and function
of plant tissue in biology class XI SMA.
