Isolasi Dan Identifikasi Bakteri Pelarut Fosfat Dari Tanah Gambut Rimbo Panjang Sebagai Rancangan Handout Biologi SMA Kelas X

Rimbo Panjang Village is dominated by peatlands. The people used it as a pineapple plantation area. Beside having low fertility, the peatlands in Rimbo Panjang also burned in 2015 and 2019. It caused the death of soil microorganisms such as phosphate solubilizing bacteria. This study aims to isolate and identify phosphate solubilizing bacteria from Rimbo Panjang peatland and to determine the potential of the research to be used as a biology handout design for class X high school. This research was conducted at the Binawidya Campus, Riau University in December 2020 - February 2021. This study used experiment method with a descriptive qualitative research design. The research conducted in 2 stages, firstly the isolation and identification of phosphate solubilizing bacteria and the second was designing of handout on bacterial material. The results showed that there were 5 isolates of phosphate solubilizing bacteria from the genus Streptomyces and Nocardia. Based on the potential analysis, the results of the isolation and identification of phosphate solubilizing bacteria from Rimbo Panjang peatland can be used as a biology handout for class X high school especifically for bacterial material on KD 3.5, KD 4.5.
