Strategi Resolusi Konflik Lahan Oleh Pt. Surya Bratasena Plantation Dengan Masyarakat Di Kecamatan Pangkalan Kuras, Kabupaten Pelalawan Riau

The purpose of this research is to see and understand how the strategy carried out
by PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation in resolving land problems with the
community, and to find out what factors are hindering the implementation of the
Land Problem Resolution Strategy in Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan
Regency, Riau. The background of this research is the existence of land problems
with the community which causes misunderstanding between the two parties due
to errors in administration and provision of land data in the case of land
problems. For that we need a strategy made by PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation in
an effort to resolve this land conflict. This research uses Fisher's theory in Fina,
2017 which says there are three strategies in solving problems consisting of
negotiation, mediation and arbitration. The type of research used in this research
is qualitative research with a case study approach and using data collection
techniques including interviews and documentation. From the results of research
conducted, it is known that the PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation can solve land
problems with the community well, although there are still some people who have
not chosen the method of resolution that is offered. This is due to four inhibiting
factors, namely a bad administrative system, provocation from outside parties,
people's wishes are not in accordance with the decisions that have been made and
the settlement strategy is only determined by PT Surya Bratasena Plantation.
