Pengaruh Penempatan Pegawai Dan Kesempatan Berkarir Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Riau
This study aims to see and determine the direct and indirect effects of Employee Placement and Career Opportunities on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance at the Riau Province Transportation Office. The population in this study were all 128 civil servants of the Riau Province Transportation Office. Census method was used to determine the sample; therefore, the entire population is used as the research sample, that is 128 employees. In distributing questionnaires, the stratified random sampling technique was used because the population is not homogeneous. The data analysis technique used in this study was SEM PLS, using Smart PLS software. The results showed that employee placement and career opportunities have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Employee placement, career opportunities and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction can effect employee placement and career opportunities can also effect on employee performance.
