Implementasi Program Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) Melalui Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) Gugus 3 Di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 010 Ratu Sima Kecamatan Dumai Selatan
This research focuses on the Continuing Professional Development program. The sub-focus of this research consists of: 1). School community understanding of the Sustainable Professional Development Program (PKB) 2). Implementation of the Sustainable Professional Development Program 3) Supporting factors in the Sustainable Professional development program. 4). Inhibiting factors for Sustainable Professional Development. The research data collection was carried out by means of documents, observation and interviews.
The results achieved from this study are that schools can understand the program about sustainable professionalism well, the excellent programs are successfully implemented based on the objectives of the teacher working group (KKG). Although it has shown success, there are still a few inhibiting factors, but they do not become an obstacle in the implementation of the PKB program. This research is a qualitative research, with the existence of this KKG activity the quality of teachers and schools is getting better.
