Implementasi SPMI Di SDN 013 Buluh Kasap Sebagai Model Bagi Sekolah Imbas Kecamatan Dumai Timur
Education is a benchmark for the success of a nation, this can be seen
from the scientific condition of various studies revealing that education quality
assurance is the main concentration in determining education policy. In the
Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 32 of 2013 confirms
that every education unit in the formal and non-formal channels is obliged to
carry out education quality assurance, quality assurance activities here are
intended so that all education units in Indonesia can meet the National Education
Standards (SNP).
Within the SPMI, there are model school programs and impact schools as
the implementation of SPMI to primary and secondary education units. The focus
of this research are: a) Planning SPMI SD N 013 Buluh Kasap as a model for the
Impact School in East Dumai District, b) Implementation of SPMI at SD N 013
Buluh Kasap as a Model for Impact School in Dumai Timur District, c) Impact of
SPMI implementation in SD N 013 Buluh Kasap as a Model for Impact Schools in
East Dumai District., d) Supporting Factors for the Implementation of SPMI in
SD N 013 Buluh Kasap as a Model for Impact Schools in East Dumai District, e)
Obstacles in the Implementation of SPMI in SD N 013 Buluh Kasap as a Model
for Impact Schools in East Dumai District.
This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. This study will
describe the implementation of SPMI at SDN 013 Buluh Kasap as a model for
impact schools in the East Dumai sub-district. This research is a field research
and data collection using documentation, observation, and interview techniques.
Informants in the study consisted of principals and TPMPS of each affected
school.
