Pengaruh Sarana Prasarana Sekolah Dan Komunikasi Interpersonal Terhadap Kinerja Guru (Studi Pada SMA Muhammadiyah Se Provinsi Riau)

This study aims to determine the effect of school infrastructure and interpersonal communication on teacher performance in SMA Muhammadiyah throughout Riau Province. and the research design is in the form of an influence study, namely to determine the effect of the three variables, namely the independent variable or free school infrastructure (X1), Interpersonal Communication (X2) and the dependent or dependent variable Teacher Performance (Y). The study population was 5 Muhammadiyah Senior High Schools in Riau Province, namely Muhammadiyah Tembilahan Senior High School, Bagan Batu Muhammadiyah High School, Muhammadiyah Rambah High School, Bangkinang Muhammadiyah High School and Dumai City Muhammadiyah Senior High School. The research sample was 96 people. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire. The results showed that: (1) There was a significant influence between school infrastructure and the performance of Muhammadiyah high school teachers in Riau Province as evidenced by the results of statistical tests with positive regression coefficient values; (2) There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on the performance of Muhammadiyah high school teachers in Riau Province as evidenced by the results of statistical tests with a positive regression coefficient value; (3) There is an influence between school infrastructure and interpersonal communication together on the performance of SMA Muhammadiyah teachers as much as 66.9% of the expected 100% expectations.
