One of the important elements in the framework of good regional
governance is the professional management of regional assets or regional
property. Regional Asset Inventory in general is a series of activities to
collect data, record and report the results of regional asset data collection.
how is the implementation of the regional asset inventory in the regional
financial and asset management agency of the Riau province. The research
method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach.
Meanwhile, the theory used by Sugiama in Muthiah Sangadji 2018 uses 3
indicators (data collection, recording, and reporting). The findings in this
study are that there are still delays in making reports, so the report is not
carried out properly, In updating damaged goods it has not been neatly
organized. There is still no control activity for goods that have not been
labeled with an inventory card on regional assets. The constraints in this
study are the lack of human resources, the method of collecting asset data is
not optimal, and the administration is not yet orderly.
