Elemen Sukses Pelaksanaan E-Government Di Dinas Sosial Kota Pekanbaru
Traditional public services are slow and centralized, making the
implementation of public services not run effectively and efficiently. The
implementation of e-government is felt to be able to improve the quality of public
services and support the performance of the government itself. The Sitanjak
Makin Mantap application is a website-based application that is operated by the
Pekanbaru City Social Service in providing easy services for the community in
making complaints to get assistance/guarantees in the health, education and
socio-economic fields. To be able to find out how optimal the implementation of
this application is, it is necessary to look at the elements that affect the
implementation of the Sitanjak More Steady application at the Pekanbaru City
Social Service. This study aims to determine the Elements of Successful
Implementation of E-Government and Factors that influence the implementation
of E-Government at the Pekanbaru City Social Service. The theoretical concept
used in this research is the element of successful implementation of E-Government
by Indrajit in Suaedi & Wardiyanto 2010. The research method is a qualitative
method through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this
study are that there are three elements of successful implementation of the
Sitanjak Makin Mantap application at the Pekanbaru City Social Service, namely
Support, Capacity and Value. The three elements have been running well, but the
implementation has not been optimal because there are indicators that have not
gone well, namely socialization activities that are not sustainable and
comprehensive, and network disturbances.
