Pengaruh Konsentrasi Graphene Nanosheets Dan Foamagent Terhadap Kuat Tekanbata Ringan Cellular Lightweight Concrete (Clc)
ABSTRACT
Cellular Lightweight Concrete (CLC) is a material obtained by introducing air
bubbles into the CLC mixture, which the air grains are able to maintain the bubble
structure in the curing processs. CLC can reduce construction costs and make it
easier to work on. This research, aims to make CLC with addition graphene as an
additive to determine the effect of adding graphene on compressive strength,
density, porosity, water absorption, and thermal resistance. Making CLC begins
with make graphene, preparing sand as agregates, foaming agents, cement and
aquades then ends with making CLC by adding graphene as much as 1%, 3%, and
5% with a ratio of foaming agent : air (1:20, 1:30, and 1:40). The highest
compressive strenght was obtained at the concentration of graphene 5% in the ratio
of foaming agent : water (1:30) of 2,5 MPa at a density of 1196 km/m3with porosity
and water absorption is 10,431% and 9,119%. Thermal resistance at a temperature
of 700°C reaches a strength of 0,5 MPa.
