ABSTRAK
Security is something that is absolutely desired by everyone. With a sense of
security, people will not feel worried. For this reason, a fast and effective security
information is needed so that security employees can immediately find out
information if there is an act of theft in a secure room. This final project discusses
a room security system equipped with a PIR sensor that is installed at the entrance
to a room or at a point deemed important to be given a security system. passive
infrared sensor will be installed at the door of the room, then as a processor the
Arduino microcontroller is used, then the buzzer informs as a warning siren, then
the led is used as an indicator and LCD as a state notification text viewer on the
active sensor and the GSM module which functions to send SMS notifications to
security cellphone number. from the test results obtained every movement
accompanied by human body temperature, the system will be active and send an
sms to the security mobile number.
