Stakeholders collaboration in household waste management in addressing the
problems of household waste management in Kampar District Kampar Regency.
the situation in the field shows that there are many piles of garbage on the
roadsides, rivers, and bridges in Kampar district, this is because there is still a
lack of public awareness in the management of waste. This study aims to find out
and analyze stakeholders collaboration in the management of household waste in
Kampar District Kampar Regency, and to find out the factors that inhibit
stakeholders collaboration in the management of household waste in Kampar
District Kampar Regency. This research uses purposive sampling technique with
qualitative research type with descriptive case study approach and required data
both primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interview and
documentation and then analyzed based on research problems. The results
showed stakeholders collaboration in the management of household waste in
Kampar District Kampar regency has not been optimal, this is because several
factors such as the establishment of communication between stakeholders, the
absence of forums in collaboration and low awareness to collaborate in waste
management in Kampar District Kampar Regency.
