Pertumbuhan Chlorella Sp. Asal Rawa Gambut Dalam Berbagai Media Sebagai Rancangan Handout Biologi Kelas X SMA

This study aims to determine the growth of Chlorella sp. on various media and produce handout designs for high school learning material for class X protists. This research was conducted in the Biology Education laboratory of FKIP UNRI in August-December 2020. This research was carried out in 2 stages, namely the experimental stage: the growth of Chlorella sp. on various media and handout design stages: analysis of the potential development of teaching materials for protist materials for class X SMA. The study used an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments and 3 replications. Parameter in this research is Optical Dencity (OD). Based on the results of the Analysis of Variance (ANAVA) at the 5% level, the addition of Chlorella sp. on various media has a significant effect on the value of Optical Dencity (OD). The best combination of treatments was found in the M4 treatment with an average OD value of 0.267 which was achieved on the seventh day, while based on the analysis of potential research results, it could be used as a biology handout design at KD 3.6.
