Uji Aktivitas Antibakteri Dari Mikroalga Chlorella Sp. Rawa Gambut Sebagai Rancangan Booklet Biologi Kelas X SMA
This study aims to determine the antibacterial activity of isolates of microalgae Chlorella sp. against Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Xanthomonas campestris bacteria as well as produce a booklet design for class X high school protists. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Biology Education FKIP UNRI in August-December 2020. This research was carried out in 2 stages, namely the experimental stage: testing the antibacterial activity of the microalgae isolate Chlorella sp. against Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Xanthomonas campestris bacteria and the booklet design stage: analysis of the potential development of teaching materials for protist class X SMA. Research using experimental methods was analyzed quantitatively by making a description of the antibacterial activity that has been observed and presented in the form of tables and figures as well as a booklet design that refers to the ADDIE development model where the stages used are only the analysis and design stages. The analysis phase is carried out by reviewing the 2013 curriculum and analyzing the protist learning material for class X SMA at KD 3.6. The design stage is done by designing the syllabus and lesson plans first and then designing the booklet. Based on the research results obtained microalgae culture Chlorella sp. has antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Xanthomonas campestris with weak inhibition category. Meanwhile, based on the results of research on the design of biology booklets at KD 3.6 and 4.6, especially on protist material, it can be used as teaching material for class X SMA. Key Words: Antibacterial, Booklet, Chlorella sp.
