Pengembangan Geomece (Geometry Early Childhood Education) Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Geometri Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun
This study aims to determine the feasibility of developing Geomece products (Geometry Early Childhood Education) as a learning medium for recognizing geometric shapes in children aged 4-5 years. The type of research taken is R&D (Research and Development) development research, the steps taken in this Research and Development (R&D) research are: Potentials and problems, information collection, product design, design validation, preliminary field testing, design revision, and product manufacturing. Data collection techniques in this study are by means of observation, interviews, using questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used for this research is quantitative descriptive analysis technique. From the results of the research based on the validation obtained from the seven validators, it can be concluded that the results of the validation of the material, media, and preliminary field testing, with the score of validation by the material validator is 91.52% with the category "Absolutely Appropriate", the score of the validation assessment by the media validator is 90.71% with the "Absolutely Appropriate" category, and the score of the results of the preliminary field testing assessment was 87.50% with the "Absolutely Appropriate" category.
