However, the management carried out by the Riau Provincial Government is not maximal. This is evidenced by the number of damaged facilities and infrastructure at some point, the number of criminality and the Main Stadium of Riau was once the headquarters of motorcycle gangs at that time. Problem formulation of this research is How the power of local government in the Management of Regional Property riau province especially the Area of The Main Stadium of Riau on and What is a factor inhibiting the power of the local government management of goods belonging to the Region of Riau Province especially the Main Stadium Area of Riau. The purpose of this research is to describe the power of the local government management of goods belonging to the Riau Province region especially the Main Stadium Area of Riau on . To find out the factors inhibiting the power of the local government management of goods belonging to the Riau Province region especially the Main Stadium Area of Riau on . Research method of this research is this research approach is qualitative approach, Research Type in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Riau Province, the Department of Youth and Sports of Riau Province and the Main Stadium of Riau. Data collection techniques are Qualitative Observation, interviews, Literature Studies and Documentation Studies. technical data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this research are in the Power of the local government in the Management of Regional Property of Riau Province especially the Area of Riau Main Stadium in (Riau Main Stadium) managed by the DInas Youth and Sports Riau Province, administration by the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Riau Province and Pengaggaran by the Dprd Riau Province (Commission III). The inhibiting factor in the management of goods owned by the Riau Province region, especially the Riau Main Stadium Area, is the availability of funds and the availability of human resources.
