Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik Sekolah Dasar Negeri Se-Kecamatan Dumai Selatan Kota Dumai

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of variables (1) work environment on the performance of educators, (2) work discipline on the performance of educators, (3) work environment and work discipline together on the performance of educators. The research respondents were State Elementary School teachers in Dumai Selatan District, Dumai City, totaling 260 people with a sample of 158. The data was collected through questionnaires as a research instrument. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, inferential statistical analysis. The instrument reliability coefficient was calculated using the cronbach alpha formula. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the work environment on the performance of educators of 0.561, and there was a significant effect of work discipline on the performance of educators of 0.573. Meanwhile, together there is an influence of the work environment and work discipline on the performance of educators of 0.697.
