Rekrutmen Politik Calon Anggota Legislatif Perempuan Partai Solidaritas Indonesia Kota Pekanbaru Pada Pemilihan Umum Legislatif Tahun 2019

Political Recruitment is a way of selecting prospective members of the legislature conducted by the Indonesian Solidarity Party against women in Pekanbaru City. The problem in this research is that the Solidarity Party of Indonesia is one of the new political parties with a distinctive character of the party of young people and women who have an anti-intolerance and anti-corruption commitment, and are able to meet the number of party membership in accordance with the requirements so that in factual verification and become participants in the 2019 Legislative Elections to compete with the old political parties. Through young figures and new recruitment methods, the Indonesian Solidarity Party was able to influence other Indonesian women and young people to join the Indonesian Solidarity Party.
This study wants to know the Political Recruitment of Female Legislative Candidates by the Regional Leadership Council of the Indonesian Solidarity Party Pekanbaru City at the 2019 Legislative Elections. Therefore, research is carried out that aims to find out: recruitment methods and patterns for prospective female legislators conducted by DPD PSI Pekanbaru City, using qualitative research methods through the collection of interview data and documentation. The data is obtained either directly or indirectly and then analyzed using descriptive data analysis techniques.
The results of this study found: (1). The recruitment method used by the Indonesian Solidarity Party is a scientific method, because in the implementation of recruitment of female legislative candidates based on scientific standards and careful analysis calculations such as there is an assessment form of the criteria of women's delegates desired by PSI, which is assessed directly by the Selection Committee team that is trusted to directly select the candidates of female legislators who register. (2). The more dominant Pattern of Political Recruitment is used by PSI in recruiting female legislative candidates more on the type of Civil Service Reform tendency that refers to loyalty and ability. DPD PSI Pekanbaru emphasizes the value of existing anti-intolerance and commitment to the eradication of corruption. Women's bacaleg skills must have a lot of creative ideas to solve a problem, being one of the considerations of PSI in assessing the ability of female legislative candidates.
