Unemployment is a condition in which a person is looking for a job or does not have a job while he is in a job. This study aims to find out the Policy of the Office of Transmigration and Manpower siak in the Implementation of Labor Placement and Work Perlruasan Year 2017. The location of this research is in the Department of Transmigras and Labor Kabaupaten Siak. This study uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is descriptive. Data is collected through informants purposively. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and documentation.
The results showed that the Policy of the Department of Transmigration and Manpower siak in the Implementation of Labor Placement and Expansion of Work in 2017 is divided into 2 namely, open unemployment and half reprimand caused by lack of expertise, unsupported regional conditions.
