Pemanfaatan Fermentasi Tepung Azolla (Azolla Microphylla) Dalam Pakan Buatan Untuk Meningkatkan Pertumbuhan Dan Kelulushidupan Benih Ikan Gurami (Osphronemus Gouramy)
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted from December 2019 until March 2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of fermented Azolla microphylla (TDAF) leaf flour in artificial diets on feed efficiency and growth of gouramy seed (O. Gouramy). The test fish used in the study were gouramy seed with an average weight of 1.60 ± 0.53 g. raised in 15 units of cages measuring 1 x 1 x 1 (m3) with a stocking density of 25 fish/cage. The method used in this study is an experimental method using a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments and 3 replications. The feed used in this study was artificial diets with 30% protein content with a percentage of soybean meal substitution with TDAF, namely 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%. The results showed that up to 25% of soybean meal protein can be substitution by TDAF for improving the growth and feed efficiency of gouramy seed.
