Implementasi Peraturan Walikota Pekanbaru Nomor 73 Tahun 2018 Tentang Sistem Teknologi Informasi Smart Rescue Dalam Pelayanan Pemadaman Kebakaran Tahun 2019

Cover the lack of optimal equipment and facilities supporting fire
extinguisher in the city of Pekanbaru, the local government of Pekanbaru issued
regulation of the mayor of Pekanbaru number 73 year 2018 about the information
technology system in the "Smart Rescue" fire fighting service. In 2019 the
Pekanbaru city government implemented the Smart Rescue information
technology system to complement the optimal equipment and facilities of
firefighter support in Pekanbaru. Although it has completed the information
technology system with Smart Rescue but the policy is not optimal. Still there are
some problems from the weak performance of fire suppression and Rescue service
Pekanbaru City.
This research aims to know the Implemenntasi regulation of the mayor of
Pekanbaru number 73 year 2018 about Smart Rescue Information Technology
system in firefighting services and know what factors affect the implementation of
Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 73 year 2018 on Smart Rescue information
technology system in fire fighting services.
The results found that not all of the stakeholders in the fire services use the
Smart Rescue application. Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 73 year 2018 is
right but not for the fire suppression service work. This is because firefighting
service has not been able to increase the percentage of Smart Rescue users in
Pekanbaru. Managers have been very good at planning the use of smart rescue
applications. But unfortunately from the maintainers there is no update of the
Smart Resque service system.
