Pelaksanaan Reses Anggota Dprd Kota Pekanbaru Dapil V Tampan Tahun 2019

Recess is a period when DPRD members carry out activities outside
sessin, especially outside by DPRD members individually or in groups to carry ut
visit work regularly to his constituency to absord and collect constituens’s
aspirations to create a sense of justice and prosperity in development,
government, social, economic fields which are related to community life. The
organizers of the recess are the leaders and members of the city DPRD
Pekanbaru as many as 45 people, facilitated by the secretariat of the city DPRD
Pekanbaru. Constituency V is an electoral distict that includes subdistrict payung
sekaki and subdistrict tampan and is one of the areas that become the area of
recess activities carrid out.
The purpose if this research is to find out how the implementation of the
recess member DPRD city of pekanbaru constituency V tampan in 2019. This
study uses a approach qualitative with descriptive method. In collection data, the
author using interview and decomentation techniques.
The result of this research is the implementation of the recess carried out
by member DPRD city of pekanbaru constituency V tampan in 2019 can already
categorized as effective, because it has carrid out the recess according to the time
specified has been determind and has made a report based on the aspirations
absorbed in the constituency V and have realized the aspirations of the people
that were conveyed during recess. On the other hand, factors supporting the
implementation of the recess member DPRD city of pekanbaru constituency V
region, namely the cost of conducting recess, community participation, as well as
facilities and infrastructure.
