Peningkatan Perolehan Suara Partai Keadilan Sejahtera Di Kabupaten Kampar Pada Pemilihan Legislatif Tahun 2019

In the 2019 legislative election, the Prosperous Justice Party received an
increase in vote acquisition and an increase in seat acquisition in the Kampar
Regency DPRD from 2 seats to 5 seats and succeeded in occupying one of the
leadership seats in the Kampar Regency DPRD. The increase was greater than
that of other political parties that participated in the legislative elections in
Kampar Regency.
The formulation of the problem in this study is "what factors influence the
increase in the votes of the Prosperous Justice Party in Kampar Regency in the
2019 legislative election". The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the
factors that influence the increase in the votes of the Prosperous Justice Party in
Kampar Regency in the 2019 legislative elections. This study uses Rohrscneider's
(2002) theory of political strategy. This research is a descriptive research with a
qualitative approach. The location of this research was carried out in the DPD of
the Prosperous Justice Party of Kampar Regency. The data collection technique
was carried out by qualitative data analysis.
The results of this study show that the Justice and Prosperity Party of
Kampar Regency succeeded in increasing significant vote gains in the 2019
legislative elections in Kampar Regency. and placing its cadres to sit in one of the
leadership chairs in the Kampar Regency DPRD. The increase is inseparable from
the political strategy carried out by the Kampar Regency Prosperous Justice Party
where the strategies used are mobilization strategies and voter hunting strategies.
In addition to the political strategy carried out by the Prosperous Justice Party, this
increase is inseparable from several other influential factors, the other most
influential factor is the tail effect factor.
