Pelaksanaan Koordinasi Antara Pemerintah Provinsi Riau Dengan Stakeholder Dalam Menanggulangi Kebakaran Hutan Dan Lahan Di Provinsi Riau Tahun 2019

In 2019, forest and land fires occurred in Riau Province according to
Sipongi data - Karhutla Monitoring System as much as 90,550.00 hectares of
land area that burned. Forest and land fires don't just happen once, they happen
every year in Riau Province, this indicates that the Government Riau Province
and Stakeholders have not succeeded in controlling forest fires and land.
The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of
coordination between the Riau Provincial Government and Stakeholders in
tackling forest and land fires in Riau Province in 2019 and to find out the factors
inhibiting coordination in tackling forest and land fires in Indonesia Riau
Province in 2019. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive
method. In collecting data, the author uses the technique of interviews and
documentation.
The results of this study are . to combat forest fires and land in Riau
Province Coordination carried out by BPBD Riau Province with Stakeholders
have not been going well, lack of cooperation and the slow pace of prevention
has led to forest and land fires still happening. Inhibiting factors in the
implementation of coordination between the Government Riau Province with
Stakeholders in tackling forest and land fires in Riau Province in 2019 there
were internal and external constraints. Constraint internal in the form of a lack of
communication, still to the lack of good cooperation due to lack of preparation
such as planning to prevent fires forest and land occurs, while external
constraints include: preparedness such as limited tools and lack of public
knowledge.
