Pengaruh Aplikasi Pupuk Hayati Dan Agens Hayati Terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq.) Di Main Nursery
ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to obtain the number of applications of biofertilizers and biological agents, as well as the best combination of applications of biofertilizers and biological agents for the growth of oil palm seedlings in the main nursery. This research was conducted experimentally using a factorial completely randomized design (CRD). The first factor was the number of applications of biofertilizers which consisted of 4 levels, namely P0 = 0 times, P1 = 1 times, P2 = 2 times, and P3 = 3 times. The second factor was the number of biological agents applications consisting of 4 levels, namely A0 = 0 times, A1 = 1 time, A2 = 2 times, and A3 = 3 times. The parameters observed included increase in seedling height, increase in stem diameter, increase in leaf number, root volume, seed dry weight, root crown ratio, photosynthesis rate, chlorophyll content, types of pests that attacked and intensity of pest attacks. The results showed that the application of biofertilizers consortium of cellulolytic bacteria based on rice washing water was able to increase the growth of oil palm seedlings in the main nursery, by giving it one time, that was when transplanting significantly increased plant height, stem diameter and leaf number, but changes in value of each observation parameter tends to be better with the application of biofertilizer three times, that was when transplanting, 30 days after transplanting and 60 days after transplanting. The application of the local Beauveria bassiana Vuillemin fungal biological agent by giving it three times, that was when transplanting, 30 days after transplanting, and 60 days after transplanting gave good results on each parameter of the observation. The combination of application of biofertilizers with three times application and biological agents with three times application gave the best results for the growth of oil palm seedlings.
