Profil Integritas Guru Paud Di Kecamatan Payung Sekaki Kota Pekanbaru

The purpose of this study was to determine the Integrity Profile of PAUD
Teachers in Payung Sekaki District in Pekanbaru City. This study uses a descriptive
method with a quantitative approach. Based on research conducted by researchers in
Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City, consisting of 65 subjects from 16 PAUD
institutions, it was concluded that PAUD teachers in Payung Sekaki District had a
fairly good integrity profile. Based on the results of the research on the integrity
profile of PAUD teachers in Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City as a whole
obtained a percentage of 72.49% consisting of 13 indicators. As for each indicator has
a percentage, namely the indicator has academic honesty with a percentage of
77.21%. The indicator continues to learn until it becomes a professional with a
percentage of 74.42%, the indicator develops SQ, EQ, and IQ with a percentage of
75.92%. Indicators are on time and promise with a percentage of 75.38%, indicators
are consistent with what is said and thought with a percentage of 68.07%, indicators
are always a reflection of what is made with a percentage of 66.28%, indicators are
open to each other with friends with a percentage of 73, 84%, indicators of building a
relationship with God with a percentage of 80.38%, indicators of not violating the
code of ethics with a percentage of 69.80%, an exemplary indicator with a percentage
of 77.56%. The indicator dared to reprimand each other and reveal errors with a
percentage of 67.78%, the indicator of honesty between teachers and students with a
percentage of 70%, and the indicator dared to admit mistakes with a percentage of
65.76%.
