Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Komunikasi Interpersonal Terhadap Kinerja Guru Smp Swasta Di Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci Dengan Motivasi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Moderating
The purposes of this research was to studied and analyzed the effect of
Compensation, and interpersonal communication either simultaneously or partially
on Teacher Performance at Junior High School (SMP) in Pangkalan Kerinci City
with work motivation moderating variable. The population of this study was 155
Teachers. The Sample size of this study used the formula Taro Yamane totally 112
Teachers. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The type of data
in this study is primary data sourced from Teachers Junior High School in
Pangkalan Kerinci. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis
techniques using Path Analysis with the help of SPSS. The results showed that (1).
Compensation significantly effects The Work Motivation of Junior High School
teachers are 11,49 % (2). Interpersonal Communication effects The Work
Motivation of Junior High School teachers are 14,74% (3). Compensation
significantly effects The Performance of Junior High School teachers are 23,4 %
(4). Interpersonal Communication effect The Performance of Junior High School
teachers are 17,3 % (5). Work Motivation significantly effects The Performance of
Junior High School teachers are 19,6 % (6). Based indirect effect, Compensation
significantly effects The Performance of Junior High School teachers mediate work
motivation are 15 % (7). Based indirect effect, Interpersonal Communication
significantly effects The Performance of Junior High School teachers mediate work
motivation are 17 %. Based these results inferable that Compensation and Work
Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Junior High School Teacher
Performance either simultaneously or partially.
