Pengembangan E-Modul Interaktif Menggunakan Aplikasi Kvisoft Flipbook Maker Untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep Dan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Redoks
This study aims to generate an interactive e-module using kvisoft flipbook maker application to improve the students’ conceptual understanding and learning motivation on the redox material. This study is the students’ motivated by a lack of learning motivation and the students’ conceptual understanding of redox material and a lack of innovative or electronic-based teaching materials i.e. e-module that encourages the students to understand the concept of material and they can be motivated to comply with the learning processes.
This study used a research and development (R&D) method, by referring to Plomp model, of which model consisted of three phases, namely introduction, prototype or development, and assessment phases. Data analysis techniques of this study were by using validation sheets, teacher and students’ response questionnaires. The assessment of the validation sheet was carried out by 6 expert lecturers, namely 3 media experts and 3 material experts, and small-scale trials were carried out using 2 methods, namely the one on one test and the small-group test. The one-on-one test was carried out on 3 students who had high, medium, and low abilities, and the small group test was carried teacher response questionnaires and student response questionnaires out on 3 teachers and 30 students from 3 different schools, namely MAN 2 Pekanbaru, MAN 1 Pekanbaru, and SMA IT Al-Fityah Pekanbaru. The design of the study used for the implementation (large-scale trial) was pre-experimental with a one group pretest-posttest design using one class as the experimental class. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, in which one class sample was obtained, namely 10th grade of Mathematics and Natural Science 5 of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Pekanbaru.
The results of this study indicate that the developed e-module using kvisoft flipbook maker application on the redox material is stated as valid; therefore, it can be used in the learning activities with the percentage of material experts of 89,27%; media expert is 88,76%; small scale trial is 1-1 test, the teachers’ responses are 95.83% with very practical criteria; the students are 87.73% with attractive criteria. The results obtained in the implementation that carried out in 10th grade of Mathematics and Natural Science 5 of MAN 2 Pekanbaru are based on the analysis of final data to observe the students’ conceptual understanding; this study used wilcoxon test. The obtained Z-value is -4,792 with the p value (asymp. Sig 2 tailed) of 0,000; thus, the hypothesis’s decision is that Ha is accepted. Furthermore, based on the final data analysis to see the learning motivation of students, this study uses the Wilcoxon test, it is obtained a Z value of -4,785 with a p value (asymp. Sig 2 tailed) of 0,000; hence, the hypothesis decision is that Ha is accepted.
Deperting from the data analysis obtained above, that the use of interactive e-modules using the Kvisoft flipbook maker application on redox material can

improve the students’ conceptual understanding and learning motivation in 10th grade redox material.
