Pengaruh Disipin Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di Sma Negeri 3 Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 3 Pekanbaru. The population in this study included all teachers at SMA Negeri 3 Pekanbaru, consist of to 42 respondent.
Primary data collected using a questionnaire which to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique chosen was the census method (42 teachers at SMA Negeri 3 Pekanbaru)
The results show that: 1) work discipline has a significant effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 3 Pekanbaru, 2) work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 3 Pekanbaru, 3) work discipline and work motivation have significant effects on teacher performance in SMA Negeri 3 Pekanbaru.
