Tindak Tutur Direktif Dalam Film Ajari Aku Islam

This study aims to describe the types and functions of directive speech acts contained in the film Ajari Aku Islam. The film Ajari Aku Islam is a religious genre film that tells the love of different religions between Chinese youths who want to learn about Islam through Muslim women who have made the young man fall in love. The type of research in this research is qualitative using descriptive analysis method. The source of this research data was obtained from the film Ajari Aku Islam which aired on October 17, 2019. The data in this study were in the form of utterances from the Ajari Aku Islam film players which were collected using listening and note-taking techniques. Then, the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study found that there were eight types of directive speech acts in the film Ajari Aku Islam, namely requests, questions, orders, invitations, criticisms, prohibitions, giving permission, and advice. There are twenty-five functions of directive speech acts obtained by the author, namely, asking, expecting, pleading, asking, interrogating, ordering, ordering, forcing, borrowing, demanding, inviting, persuading, seducing, reprimanding, insinuating, threatening, scolding. , prohibit, prevent, allow, advise, encourage, suggest, remind, and warn
