Pengaruh Pemberian Insentif Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Pada Pt. Citra Riau Sarana Ii Kuantan Singingi
This study aims to determine the incentive and work environment on employee loyalty
partially and simultaneously. This study uses a google form as a data collection tool
which is distributed to 111 respondents to employees of PT. Citra Riau Sarana II
Kuantan Singingi. Data were then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical
analysis using SPSS to test the validity, reliability test, multiple linear regression
analysis, analysis of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing with test t (partial) and
F test ( simultaneous).
The results showed that testing the first hypothesis, namely the incentive on loyalty,
namely t count (3,661) > t table (1,981), meaning that the incentive had a significant
effect on employee loyalty. Second, work environment is t count (5,731)> t table
(1,981), meaning that work environment has a significant effect on employee loyalty.
The results of the F test (72,321)> F table (3.08) means that the incentive and work
environment simultaneously has a significant effect on employee loyalty.
