Peningkatan Kinerja Pegawai Melalui Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai (Tpp) Di Kantor Camat Sentajo Raya Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi
The Kuantan Singingi Regency Government made a Regent Regulation regarding
additional employee income which is expected to improve employee performance
and discipline. This study aims to determine how to improve employee
performance and supporting factors in improving employee performance through
Additional Employee Income (AEI) at the Sentajo Raya sub-district office. There
are several phenomena that occur, namely, firstly a decrease in employee
performance, secondly a lack of discipline. The theory used is the theory of TR
Mitchell in Sedarmayanti using five performance indicators, namely quality of
work, timeliness, initiative, ability and communication. This research method uses
qualitative methods. The results show that first, Additional Employee Income
(AEI) can improve the performance and discipline of employees at the Sentajo
Raya Sub-District Office which can be seen from the Employee Performance
Targets (EPT). Second, the supporting factors for increased performance are The
benefits provided can increase the level of welfare and employee morale, firm and
disciplined leadership in work, adequate human resources and infrastructure.
