Collaborative Governance Dalam Pengembangan Objek Wisata Toluk Jangkang Di Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak

Toluk Jangkang Tourism is a tour that has the concept of combining nature with
local culture. The concept of Collaborative Governance plays an important role
because in its application it does not only involve the government and nongovernment,
but other parties. This study aims to examine the concept of
collaborative governance, the parties involved are the Siak Regency Tourism
Office, PT Cosmic, and Pokdarwis. Collaboration was carried out to develop the
Toluk Jangkang tourist attraction in Tualang District, Siak Regency. However,
there are still inhibiting factors for Collaborative Governance in developing
Toluk Jangkang tourism, namely the lack of budget provided by the government
and the lack of community participation in developing Toluk Jangkang tourism
objects. This research method uses qualitative case study approaches that are
descriptive analysis. The theoretical concept used by the researcher is (Purwanti,
2016: 178) that the results of the research have not been fully collaborated
between the Siak Regency Tourism Office, PT Cosmic, and Pokdarwis. This is
evidenced by the low cost and low community participation in developing
jangkang tolluk tourism.
