Inovasi Pelayanan Publik Menuju Smart City Madani Di Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru
Pekanbaru City realizes good public services with the concept of smart city so
that the government is required to create innovations in the field of public
services in order to provide services that are transparent, accountable and
accessible to the entire community. especially at the sub-district level which is in
direct contact with the community, this requires digitization with an easy
transition for the achievement of public service goals. The purpose of this study is
to find out what public service innovations exist in Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru
City, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in their implementation. This
study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results
of this study are that public service innovation has not run optimally because the
service has not worked effectively and efficiently, is supported by human
resources and infrastructure and has obstacles in terms of lack of socialization
and network disruption.
