Pengaruh Giberelin Dan Pupuk Kandang Ayam Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Mentimun (Cucumis Sativus L.)

ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research were to find out the effect of gibberellin concentrations at various chicken manure doses, chicken manure doses at various gibberellin concentrations, the main effect of gibberellin and chicken manure which is better for growth and yield of cucumber plants. The research was conducted at the UPT of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau University, Pekanbaru starting from February to April 2019 was experimentally arranged in Split Plot design using randomized completely design. The main plot was the gibberellin concentrations (0, 100, 200 and 300) ppm. The sub plot was the dose of chicken manure (5, 10 and 15) ton.ha-1. The parameter observed were total of nodes, lenght of internodus, the days to flowering, first day of harversting, total of fruits per plant, fruit diameter, fruit length and fresh weight of fruit per plant. Data results were analyzed statistically with Duncan test continued level of 5%. There is interaction effect of gibberellin and chicken manure at the first day harvesting. The treatment chicken manure 15 ton.ha-1 and 200 ppm of gibberellin which is better to increased total of nodes, lenght of internodus, days to flowering, first day of harversting, total of fruits per plant, fruit diameter, fruit length and fresh weight of fruit per plant. The treatment of gibberellin 200 ppm which is better to increased all parameters. The treatment of 15 ton.ha-1 chicken manure which is better to increased all parameters.
