Aplikasi Serasah Leguminosa Dan Pupuk Anorganik Dengan Teknologi Mikrob Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Kedelai (Glycine Max L.) Pada Media Gambut
ABSTRACT
The increase in soybean production on peat soils through the application of a combination of Leguminous litter and inorganic fertilizers with microbial technology is not yet known. Accordingly, this study aims to determine the response of growth and yield of soybean (Glycine max L.) to the application of several combinations of leguminous litter and inorganic fertilizer with microbial technology on peat media. The study was conducted experimentally with 8 treatments and 3 replications placed according to a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), in order to obtain 24 experimental units. The treatments applied were P0: Without fertilizer application, P1: 75% inorganic fertilizer (Urea 50 kg.ha-1, TSP 100 kg.ha-1, KCl 50 kg.ha-1) + 2.5 tons ha-1 litter soybeans + 2500 l.ha-1 cellulolytic microbial starter, P2: 50% inorganic fertilizer (Urea 50 kg.ha-1, TSP 100 kg.ha-1, KCl 50 kg.ha-1) + 5 tons ha-1 soybean litter + 5000 l ha-1 cellulolytic microbial starter, P3 : 75% inorganic fertilizer (Urea 50 kg.ha-1, TSP 100 kg.ha-1, KCl 50 kg.ha-1) + 2.5 tons ha-1 lamtoro litter + 2500 l.ha-1 cellulolytic microbial starter, P4: 50% inorganic fertilizer (Urea 50 kg.ha-1, TSP 100 kg.ha-1, KCl 50 kg.ha-1) + 5 tons ha-1 lamtoro litter + 5000 l.ha-1 starter cellulolytic microbes, P5: 75% inorganic fertilizer (Urea 50 kg.ha-1, TSP 100 kg.ha-1, KCl 50 kg.ha-1) + 2.5 tons ha-1 litter LCC Mucuna bracteata + 2500 l.ha-1 cellulolytic microbial starter, P6: 50% inorganic fertilizer (Urea 50 kg.ha-1, TSP 100 kg.ha-1, KCl 50 kg.ha-1) + 5 tons ha-1 litter LCC Mucuna bracteata + 5000 l.ha-1 cellulolytic microbial starter, dan P7: 5000 l.ha-1 cellulolytic microbial starter. The results showed that the combination of inorganic fertilizers with Leguminosa litter (soybean, lamtoro and LCC Mucuna bracteata) and cellulolytic microbes resulted in higher number of pithy pods per plant, number of seeds per plant and seed weight per plant higher than without fertilizer application. However, all these combinations gave no different effect on plant height, flowering age, harvest age and weight of 100 seeds. The combination treatment of 50% inorganic fertilizer (Urea 50 kg.ha-1, TSP 100 kg.ha-1, KCl 50 kg.ha-1) + 5 tons ha-1 soybean litter + 5000 l.ha-1 cellulolytic microbial starter was the best treatment indicated by the number of pithy pods per plant , the highest number of seeds per plant and seed weight per plant.
