This research was conducted at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas, which is a company engaged
in oil palm plantation and processing. with the aim of this study to determine and analyze the
effect of seniority, work discipline and fringe benefits partially and simultaneously on
employee performance at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi
Regency.
The population in this study were permanent employees of PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas,
Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2019, totaling 93 employees.
Considering the number of subjects studied was less than 100 people, the researchers used
population research, which means that the research object was all permanent employees of
PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2019, totaling
93 people. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the
SPSS 23 for windows program.
The results of the study concluded that seniority, work discipline and fringe benefits
partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tri
Bakti Sarimas, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency because the value of t
count is greater than t table.
