Uji Beberapa Konsentrasi Ekstrak Daun Krinyuh (Chromolaena Odorata L.) Terhadap Mortalitas Aphis Gossypii Glover Pada Tanaman Cabai (Capsicum Annum L.)

ABSTRACT
Chili plant (Capsicum annum L.) is one of the horticultural commodities, the main pest is Aphis gossypii Glover aphids with attacks ranging from 10-30%. A safe and environmentally friendly control measure for A. gossypii is to use krinyuh leaf extract. The purpose of this study was to obtain a concentration of krinyuh leaf extract which was effective against A. gossypii pest mortality in chili plants. The research was carried out experimentally using a completely randomized design (CRD) with six treatments and four replications. The treatments consisted of concentrations of leaf extract krinyuh 0 ml.l-1 water, 2 ml.l-1 water, 4 ml.l-1 water, 6 ml.l-1 water, 8 ml.l-1 water, and 10 ml.l-1 water. The parameters observed were the initial time of death (hours), lethal time (LT50) (hours), daily mortality (%) and total mortality (%). Data were analyzed for variance and further tested using Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at the 5% level. The results showed that the treatment of krinyuh leaf extract concentration had a significant effect on killing A. gossypii pests in chili plants. Giving krinyuh leaf extract with a concentration of 2 ml.l-1 water is an effective concentration to control A. gossypii which has been able to cause a total mortality of 85% with an initial time of death 7.50 hours after application and LT50 24.75 hours after application.
