The Regional Inspectorate has the task of assisting regional heads in
fostering and supervising Government Affairs under the authority of the Regions
and the Assistance Tasks by Regional Apparatuses through audits, reviews,
monitoring evaluations and other supervisory activities as a form of internal
control system held in the central government and regional governments. In this
case the function of the Inspectorate of the Education Office in Bengkalis
Regency. The formulation of the research problem is how is the function of the
district inspectorate towards the education office in the implementation of
educational affairs in Bengkalis Regency in 2019 and the obstacles? The purpose
of this study was to determine the function of the District Inspectorate of the
Education Office in the implementation of educational affairs in Bengkalis
Regency in 2019 and its constraints. The method in this study is a descriptive
research method with a qualitative approach, interview data collection
techniques, observation and research documentation.
The results of this study are the function of the Regency Inspectorate of the
Education Office in the Implementation of Educational Affairs in Bengkalis
Regency in 2019 in accordance with the priority of the supervision program,
namely the Annual Supervisory Activity Program (PKPT). As an auditor, you
must pass certification and take part in a series of training activities (Formation
Training & Competency Test). With the constraints of the limited supervisory
apparatus and increasing the capacity of the Human Resources (HR) supervisors
have not been optimal.
